Warranty Policy

🛡️ What’s Covered

We offer a 6-month limited warranty covering:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Hardware issues like broken zippers, buckles, or straps caused by production faults
  • Seam or stitching failures not due to overloading or misuse

If your backpack qualifies, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

🚫 What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or rough handling
  • Exposure to water, chemicals, or extreme temperatures
  • Fabric tears, net/lace lining damage, or zipper bursts
  • Scratches, color fading, or aesthetic damage
  • Damage due to unauthorized repairs or alterations

🔁 Warranty Process

To make a claim:

  1. Email us at info@venturespack.com
  2. Include your Order ID, photos/videos of the issue, and a brief description
  3. We’ll assess your claim within 3 business days

If approved, we’ll proceed with repair or replacement.

🔄 Repair vs. Replacement

Depending on the issue, we may:

  • Repair the item using genuine parts
  • Replace with the same or a similar model
  • Offer store credit (in rare cases only)

📍 Important Notes

  • Warranty applies only to original buyers with proof of purchase
  • Product must be returned in a clean condition
  • We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet policy terms
